The "Аviatika-МАI-890SH" - ultra-light versatile aircraft is intended for fertilizing works, surveillance and patrol.
Aircraft is equipped with Austrian engine "ROTAX". Good aerodynamic design allows high maneuverability and perfect take-off and landing performance. Aircraft has excellent out-the-cockpit view (similar to a helicopter), is easy in control. Fuel: ROTAX-582 – avgas with octane number 92, not less, in mixture with oil SUPER or ROTAX-912 – avgas with octane number 92, not less. The "Аviatika-МАI-890SH" aircraft has Type Certificate No. СТ-176Д1 of Aero-Register of Interstate Aviation Committee. Aircraft allowed for operation with civil aviation under Order of Ministry of Transportation of Russian Federation and Space Agency "Rosaviakosmos" of Apr 29, 2003 No. НА-103-р/52. The "Аviatika-МАI-890SH" aircraft is equipped with fertilizing attached implements and sprayers, fertilizer tank of 100 liters. In 2003 year, the first time in Russian Federation, the fertilizing equipment COH-4 of "Аviatika-МАI-890SH" aircraft was certified. Thus, for the current time, the "Аviatica-МАI-890SH" aircraft is the single in Russian Federation certified fertilizing aircraft with certified airborne fertilizing equipment and sufficient experience of its use at agricultural aerial works. The most demanding are the weed killing works at grain-crops, beetroot, corn, sunflower desiccation, pests combating. For a season, lasting in average 3-4 weeks in spring and 2-3 weeks in fall, the "Аviatikа-МАI-890SH" aircraft treats up to 17-20 thousand hectare. Avgas consumption of "Аviaticа-МАI-890SH" aircraft at agricultural aerial works is 0.3 liter per 1 hectare.
