Aircraft is intended for passengers with hand-baggage and cargo up to 360 kg airlift. Cockpit is good for pilot and four passengers accommodation – one at the front seat and three at the rear sofa. Sofa provides comfortable flight for the passengers as well as their minimum damage at emergency landing. Sofa can be folded forward, thus increasing the cargo bay volume.

Aircraft has good performance, easy in control, stable in-flight and can be operated from short RWYs.

Crew is one pilot. There is the possibility of the second (starboard) control stick installation (it can be easily removed). Aircraft equipment provides VFR flights at the icing and thunderstorms absence. Removable engine cowlings and numerous doors give easy access to aircraft elements, units and equipment.

The "T–411" aircraft is equipped with single engine М-14Х – piston, four-stroke, gasoline, air cooled, nine cylinders, radial, with carburetor. Engine is low-altitude type, equipped with single rate centrifugal supercharger and prop with variable pitch.
