JSC “RAC “MiG” has demonstrated the results of implementation of the Corporation’s production system to PJSC “Tupolev” specialists.
Comprehensive training program for efficiency improvement instruments was presented at educational production site “Processes Factory”, functioning at Nizhny Novgorod Aviation Plant “Sokol”, (affiliated to JSC “RAC “MiG”).
A three-day session consisted of intensive training course, which allowed its participants to implement lean technologies instruments in practice and in maximally realistic conditions.
In the framework of the session the specialists of “MiG” Corporation held a seminar on methods of implementation of production system projects. The session participants visited the plant workshops. The mechanical and aggregates assembly production workshops and chief technology department were taken as examples to demonstrate the results of processes optimization made with the use of lean production technologies.
The plant’s employees also participated in the session which allowed the specialists of the industry to use their experience, analyze, and adapt it.
Joint training at “Sokol” plant is the continuation of the JSC “RAC “MiG” and PJSC “Tupolev” project for optimization of production preparation and components production cycle.
The enterprises cooperation concept started in 2019 with training and experience exchange programs with the use of lean production instruments. Implementation of those instruments will allow to change significantly the management culture, and to get real economic effect for development of quality and competitive products.
